Qualifications

• Serves as the technical safety specialist for designated technology, identifies risks and implements safety improvements.
• Leads data analysis and root-cause analysis for safety topics and problem solving.
• Ensures compliance with OSHA and company safety standards across launches and series production.
• Coordinates with departments on safety programs, training, and annual business plan inputs.
• Oversees industrial hygiene programs, ergonomics studies, and risk assessments for new products and changes.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and mitigate safety hazards in processes and equipment.
• Lead and train Safety Associates, conduct lock-out and ergonomics training.
• Coordinate audits and ensure ISO 45001 compliance and safety documentation.
• Support workers' compensation investigations and safety event investigations.
• Develop and implement safety strategies and communication for the business.
