Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management in large organizations.
• Advanced stakeholder management abilities and influence across cross-functional teams.
• Experience with vendor product knowledge and managing vendor relations to enable access to applications and services.
• Proven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
• Experience applying analytics to break down objectives into tasks and using AI capabilities with proper data handling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans with technical requirements, resources, and timelines.
• Identify and mitigate risks and implement contingency plans to maintain momentum.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Use analytical reasoning to assess program performance and drive data-driven improvements.
• Champion agile methodologies and AI-assisted practices to improve governance and delivery.
