Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager in Chicago to guide complex technology programs across Commercial & Investment Bank - Payments Technology. You will drive delivery, manage resources and budgets, and lead high-performing teams while shaping strategic communications and editorial content.

The role requires deep writing, stakeholder management and ability to translate technical topics for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

BS/BA degree (or equivalent) and 10 years professional experience.
Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills.
Ability to create clear, concise communications across varied mediums.
Experience in Technology with AI, public cloud and big data
Ability to translate technical content for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Create clear, concise and compelling communications across varied mediums including but not limited to written/email, PowerPoint, intranet, podcasts and videos.
Devise creative, effective messaging based on target audience, determining media to best reach them.
Maintain pipeline of editorial content including newsletter spotlights and recent accomplishments, leadership and developer blogs and feature articles.
Work with subject matter experts and leadership to produce editorial content, translating technical jargon for non-tech audience as needed.
Produce succinct, clear email announcements and gather all required approvals and previews prior to send.
Produce clean, artful PowerPoint presentations for town halls and leadership sessions
Organize large scale events both in person, and virtual - from conception to logistical implementation.
Support Payments Tech leadership team including writing announcements, coaching them prior to presentations and collaborating on/editing thought leadership pieces.
Work closely with our intranet developers to ensure our site is up to date and advise on layout/design where needed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, operations, HR and business stakeholders, to agree deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
Participate in our partner communications teams to ensure alignment with the broader ecosystem.
Drives team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices within the work environment to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes.
