Job summary

Google Mountain View is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for Ads Privacy and Regulations. You will lead cross-functional programs spanning product, engineering, UX, legal, and policy to ensure compliant, scalable privacy and safety initiatives across Google Ads.

You will partner with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage schedules, and communicate trade-offs to executives and engineering teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in program management.
Experience managing technical programs for ad platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead the multi-year roadmap and vision for critical privacy and regulatory compliance initiatives across Google Ads.
Oversee end-to-end strategy, prioritization, and operational delivery across product, engineering, UX, legal, and Ads technical leadership.
Design organizational frameworks, establish key performance indicators, and manage program governance to scale execution and measure OKR impact.
Identify, resolve, and communicate high-level systemic risks, resource allocations, and dependencies across the organization.
Synthesize complex technical or regulatory domains into clear updates, framing trade-offs and decisions to align executive leadership.
