Job summary

Google is seeking a strategic leader to drive growth in advertising solutions across Mountain View, San Francisco and New York. You will collaborate with global platforms, architects, and partners to define strategy, oversee engineering and product roadmaps, and deliver scalable solutions for advertisers.

This role emphasizes cross‑functional leadership, data‑driven decision making, and rapid prototyping of new advertising models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies.
• Master’s degree preferred in related field.
• Experience with digital marketing, eCommerce, or Marketing Automation.
• Experience with microservices, REST/GraphQL APIs, vector databases, cloud architecture.
• Familiarity with MCP framework—understanding how to leverage MCP clients and servers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and drive growth from new opportunities using Google Ads tech.
• Collaborate with partners across the product lifecycle from ideation to go‑to‑market and key deliverables.
• Lead cross‑functional teams with Product, Engineering, Sales and Business Development for partners.
• Improve product features by gathering partner feedback to internal teams.
• Implement processes for managing and expanding technology partnerships.
