Responsibilities

Develop and drive the overarching strategy and roadmap for Ads Safety Advertiser Experiences.
Set the technical direction and standards for high-quality and robust solutions.
Manage, mentor, and grow a talented team of software engineers across multiple teams.
Drive design and architecture by reviewing and co-authoring design documents.
Advocate engineering excellence, including on-call rotations and postmortems reviews.
