Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in broadcast or technical operations with leadership experience.
• Fluent English and Spanish, written and verbal.
• Deep knowledge of broadcast transmission workflows and IP-based transport.
• Experience in live and recorded broadcast operations in a mission-critical environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and delivery of operational solutions within the Technical Operations Center.
• Plan day-to-day activities, staffing, and resource needs for multiple teams.
• Ensure services meet internal expectations; collaborate across departments.
• Train and develop technicians; maintain procedures and standards.
• Manage capacity and resources for daily operations and events.
• Lead operational process improvements and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate with senior leadership and external partners to optimize workflows.
• Handle 24/7 production scheduling including irregular hours when needed.
• Support and mentor staff to maintain high technical proficiency.
