Position Summary

The Technical Knowledge Platform Lead develops and maintains the company’s institutional engineering knowledge system.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain engineering lessons learned repository
• Develop training materials supporting engineering workflows
• Maintain institutional technical curriculum
• Support engineering onboarding and training programs
• Ensure accessibility of engineering knowledge resources

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or technical field
• Experience documenting engineering systems or processes
• Strong organizational and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Engineering
• Experience with knowledge management systems
• Experience developing engineering training programs
