Key Roles and Responsibilities

Technical Sales Support and Consulting

Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during sales calls, presentations, and product demonstrations, ensuring accurate representation and support of company products.

Solution Design, Implementation, and Troubleshooting

Design innovative technology solutions, oversee their implementation and integration, analyze and resolve technical issues to ensure system functionality according to specifications.

Client Interaction and Custom Solutions

Understand and analyze client requirements, deliver tailored systems/applications solutions, answer customer inquiries, and build mini-applications to demonstrate feasibility.

Expertise and Continuous Improvement

Leverage in-depth knowledge of company products and industry expertise to optimize solutions, monitor performance, and stay updated with the latest trends and best practices.

Independent Work and Additional Support

Work independently with minimal supervision, provide pre-sales and post-sales support, train clients and internal teams, create detailed documentation, and collaborate with development teams to enhance product offerings.

An experienced professional, recognized as an expert, creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge. Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions. No Education/Experience

Our Lead Technical Consultant 1 jobs earn between $130,700.00 - $196,100.00 USD Annual. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
