The position is hybrid with occasional onsite in DC or Reston, VA; candidates must reside in DMV+WV areas.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical or business analysis, or project management.
• 5+ years developing MS Access tables and integrations.
• Experience integrating or assessing integrations of MS Access with SAP Ariba or Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assessment of an MS Access-based system interfacing with SAP Ariba and Oracle.
• Identify dependencies, reporting needs and transition roadmaps.
• Support change management activities during modernization.
• Develop future-state plans to reduce MS Access reliance while preserving data integrity.

We have two divisions: 1) Hospital / Provider Practice 2) Managed Care / Payer Practice – we work directly with health plans (very strong in the Blue Cross Blue Shield space). Summary:

We are looking for a Lead Technical Analyst to lead the assessment of an internally developed MS Access database that interfaces with SAP Ariba and Oracle. The current platform is approaching capacity limitations, requiring manual data extraction processes that increase operational risk and the potential for business disruptions. This resource will evaluate the current-state environment, identify dependencies and reporting requirements, and support future-state planning efforts to transition away from MS Access while maintaining data integrity, system stability, and ongoing reporting capabilities. The role will also involve developing roadmaps, assessing impacts and dependencies, and supporting change management activities through a Change Management Consultant associated with the modernization effort.

Location: Hybrid, 1-2 times a month onsite in DC or Reston, VA. MUST reside in DMV+WV areas.

Need to Close:

• 8+ years of technical or business analysis, or project management
• 5+ years of experience in developing MS Access tables and integrations
• Experience integrating or assessing integrations of MS Access with SAP Ariba or Oracle (will consider other RDBMS)

Nice to have:

• Experience integrating MS Access with SAP Ariba or Oracle
• Healthcare industry background
• Experience with ServiceNow Demand Management Module
• PMP Certified
