Job summary

Job Description

Fulcrum Consulting, an LRS company is seeking Technical Business Systems Analyst resources for our client in Minneapolis, MN.

Need to be able to leverage AI (Copilot or Geminin) to create/expand AI agents to better serve internal customers and product needs. TBA needs to be able to dig into SQL, understand business processes, workflows and data. TBA's need to be able to meet with SMEs/business resources and elicit requirements. They need to be able to run a meeting.create and drive an agenda. Will be working in an Agile environment, experience with Scaled approach preferred. Strong communication, sound background in the tenets of the Analyst role, creative, decisive, critical thinking skills required.

The base range for this contract position is $55.00 - $75.00 per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
