Job summary

Commercial Appliance Parts & Service in Tampa Bay, FL seeks a hands-on Lead Commercial Kitchen & HVAC Technician to join our team. This leadership role requires strong experience in both commercial HVAC and commercial kitchen equipment.

You will mentor technicians, troubleshoot and repair HVAC, refrigeration and kitchen equipment, oversee daily service operations, and communicate with customers to ensure quality service.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida Contractor License - REQUIRED
• EPA Type II Certification or higher - REQUIRED
• Commercial HVAC experience
• Commercial kitchen equipment experience
• Previous lead or supervisory experience
• Drug screen and criminal background screening completed
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Driving record must align with safety standards

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support service technicians
• Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment
• Assist technicians with complex service calls and diagnostics
• Help oversee daily service operations and technician performance
• Communicate with customers and ensure quality service
• Participate in the on-call rotation
