Job summary

Cove Forge Williamsburg is seeking a Lead Behavioral Health Associate (Lead Tech) to provide leadership, support patient care, and help maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for patients and staff.

As Lead Tech, you will oversee patient monitoring, supervise Behavioral Health Associate staff on shift, and collaborate with clinical leadership to uphold treatment goals. This role offers growth within a large behavioral health network, with stable hours and meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience with a similar patient population preferred.
• CPR and de escalation and restraint certification required; Training provided upon hire.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.
