Job summary

Acadia Healthcare in Millerton, PA is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate to join our team on the second shift. This role offers consistent hours and the chance to grow within a large behavioral health network.

You will provide direct patient care under clinical leadership, maintain a safe, structured environment, and support recovery with empathy and professionalism. The position emphasizes patient safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience with a similar patient population preferred.
• CPR and de‑escalation and restraint certification required. Training provided upon hire.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.
