Job summary

COFORGE is hiring a Lead Behavioral Health Associate (Lead Tech) in Williamsburg to provide leadership, support patient care, and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for patients and staff.

The Lead Tech oversees patient monitoring activities and guides Behavioral Health Associate staff during assigned shifts, supporting daily operations, staff development, patient safety, and treatment success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and de escalation and restraint certification; Training provided upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the direction of clinical or nursing leadership.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.
• Demonstrate a positive, empathetic, and professional approach with patients and team members.
