Job summary

Sheetz is hiring a Supervisor to lead store teams with energy, hospitality, and a can-do attitude. As a supervisor, you’ll mentor teammates, ensure fast, friendly service, and uphold food safety and quality standards while meeting daily store goals.

Highlights include a $1.50/hr night shift premium (10pm–6am) and comprehensive benefits such as PTO, tuition reimbursement, 401k match, stock ownership, medical coverage, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and able to lift up to 20 pounds, with assistance for 40 pounds.
• Ability to multitask, stand, bend, reach repeatedly during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with friendly greetings and provide top-tier service.
• Prepare quality food and beverages to customer specs, safely and efficiently.
• Mentor teammates to prioritize tasks and operate as a cohesive team.
• Ensure products are stocked, merchandised, and readily available for customers.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on the goodz in-store to make sure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers
• Keep thingz clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas

Qualifications

• The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds and the ability to assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisors' to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).
