Job summary

Sheetz, Inc. is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team in Elizabethtown, PA. You’ll greet customers, ensure quality food and beverage prep, and coach team members to deliver hospitality with every interaction.

This role offers a strong bonus program, competitive hourly pay, PTO, 401k matching and opportunities for growth. Night shifts include a $1.50/hr premium for 10pm–6am operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older; VA state law may require 21 for certain tasks.
• Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds; assist lifting 40 pounds.
• Experience delivering top-tier customer service and mentoring a team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Serve up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications safely, fast, and friendly
• Mentor and coach your work team to prioritize tasks and operate as a cohesive unit
• Monitor inventory, merchandising, and product availability to ensure items are ordered and stocked
• Keep store, kitchen, and dining areas clean and organized

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on the goodz in-store to make sure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers
• Keep thingz clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas
