Sheetz in Brunswick, OH is hiring a Supervisor to lead store teams with high-energy and a customer‑first mindset. You will coach staff, ensure accurate food and beverage preparation, and drive daily operations to deliver exceptional hospitality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old (VA law requires Supervisors to be 21+ for certain tasks).
• Ability to multi-task, stand for extended periods, and handle lifting up to 20 lbs (40 lbs with assistance).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and provide top-tier service.
• Prepare quality food and beverages to exact customer specs in a fast, safe manner.
• Mentor and coach teammates to prioritise tasks and perform as a team.
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and available.
• Maintain clean store, kitchen, and dining areas.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on the goodz in-store to make sure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers
• Keep thingz clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas
