Job summary

Sheetz, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor to lead store team members with high-energy hustle and a strong team mentality. You will engage customers with hospitality across the store experience and exemplify leadership by example.

Qualifications

• The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist others lifting 40 pounds.
• Must be 18 years or older; VA state law may require Supervisors to be 21 for certain tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service.
• Serve quality food and beverages to exact customer specs in a safe, fast, friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks as a Team Member.
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily available for customers.
• Maintain cleanliness in store, kitchen, and dining areas.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on the goodz in-store to make sure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers
• Keep thingz clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas

Qualifications
