Job summary

The Gardner School is opening a new, state-of-the-art preschool in Bannockburn, IL and is hiring for a Lead Teacher to build a thriving classroom. You will mentor assistants, design engaging lessons, and foster strong relationships with families while upholding safety and developmentally appropriate practices.

This is a growth-focused role in a mission-driven preschool network. Qualified candidates have CDA or AS in ECE (or Bachelor’s in ECE or related field) and at least 2 years of ECE

Qualifications

• CDA or associate degree with at least 6 ECE credits required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Elementary or Early Childhood Education with 6 ECE credits preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of professional ECE experience; CPR/First Aid certification; eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
