Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide classroom learning, mentor other teachers, and drive curriculum implementation. You will promote the holistic growth of preschool children and ensure adherence to licensing guidelines and center standards.

You will also build strong relationships with families, supporting the child’s achievement and the center’s success through proactive communication and engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors with children.
