Job summary

Learning Care Group in Michigan is seeking a Lead Teacher to inspire preschoolers and mentor staff, creating engaging learning experiences and a caring classroom atmosphere.

You will lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, ensuring licensing guidelines and center standards are met, while supporting families and the center's success.

• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage with children.
