Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; Associate's degree minimum plus experience considered.
• 2+ years of lead teaching experience in licensed preschool or childcare settings.
• State-required pre-service training and ongoing professional development.
• Exceptional communication skills to build relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Physical ability to actively engage with children, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Curriculum and Instruction: Design and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans.
• Classroom Management: Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
