Assistant Teacher Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum and Instruction: Implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans, provided by a Lead Teacher, using our Wonder of Learning® curriculum to spark curiosity and support holistic growth.

Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and positive interactions.

Family Communication: Foster strong partnerships with families through regular updates and collaborative goal-setting to enhance each child's journey.

Health and Safety: Ensure top-tier supervision during all activities, adhering to licensing standards and promoting wellness for every child.

Professional Development: Engage in continuous learning through workshops, peer collaboration, and school-supported certifications to stay at the forefront of early education.

Team Collaboration: Promote a positive team dynamic and contribute to school-wide initiatives.

Qualifications – We're Looking for Top Talent:

Associate's Degree in child development or related field or Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred

At least 2 years of teaching experience in a licensed preschool or childcare setting, with a proven track record of innovative instruction.
