Qualifications

• Associate degree or CDA preferred
• At least 2 years of teaching experience in a licensed preschool or childcare setting
• Completion of state-required pre-service training
• Exceptional communication skills with children, families and colleagues
• Physical ability to actively engage with children, including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Passion for early education and willingness to grow professionally

Assistant Teacher Key Responsibilities
