Learning Care Groupis hiring a Lead Teacher to develop engaging learning experiences and mentor colleagues. You will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children while ensuring classroom safety and licensing compliance.

You will lead curriculum implementation, manage classroom activities, and build strong relationships with families to support each child's progress and your center's success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Care for the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation; be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement and center success.
