Learning Care Group is actively hiring a Lead Teacher to inspire and guide young learners in a supportive center environment. You will design engaging activities, foster growth, and collaborate with families to support each child's development.

As a Lead Teacher, you will oversee classroom management, ensure curriculum implementation aligns with licensing guidelines, and mentor fellow teachers in best practices. This role is Monday–Friday, on-site, with opportunities for professional growth.

Formación

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsabilidades

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Promote social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation respecting licensing guidelines.
• Build strong relationships with enrolled and prospective families.
