Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• 3,185 hours of verified experience caring for four or more children under eight who are not related.
• Current Early Childhood Professional Credential Level 1+ (Colorado Shines PDIS 3.0).
• Six semester credits in Early Childhood Education with specified courses.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for helping young children thrive.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, engaging classroom where every child is valued and included.
• Plan developmentally appropriate activities to encourage creativity, exploration, and growth.
• Lead and mentor assistant teachers to build a strong classroom team.
