Job summary

YMCA of the North Shore is seeking a Team Leader to guide Early Education classrooms, mentor peers, and ensure developmentally appropriate practices across the center. Lead teacher certification and leadership experience are required to support curriculum delivery and staff growth.

You will collaborate with teams to strengthen lesson plans, routines, and family communications, while promoting a positive, professional learning environment for young children.

Qualifications

• EEC/CCLU Lead Teacher Certification is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of classroom teaching in early childhood education.
• Demonstrated leadership and a track record of strong performance.
