Job summary

Learning Care is hiring a Lead Teacher in Midlothian, VA to drive engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences for preschool children. You will mentor fellow teachers, manage classroom activities, and ensure compliance with licensing and company standards. The role emphasizes family communication and a caring, active learning environment.

You will lead by example, promoting growth and development while collaborating with families to support each child’s lifelong learning journey.

Responsibilities

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:
