Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking a Lead Teacher to inspire children and drive growth in our child care centers. You will lead classroom management, mentor teachers, and implement engaging curricula that support social, physical, and intellectual development.

The role requires you to communicate with families, ensure licensing compliance, and promote a warm, safe, and stimulating learning environment for preschool children. This is a full-time on-site position in Bedford, TX.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
