KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide and mentor teachers, implement the curriculum, and create a safe, engaging classroom. You will collaborate with families to ensure high-quality early education for children in a supportive environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on teaching, strong customer service, and partnership with parents and center staff to meet enrollment and accreditation goals.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills; able to multitask effectively.
• Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or NAEYC candidacy in progress.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it.
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain them.
• Read, write, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in the classroom; provide feedback.
• Implement the KinderCare curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for children to learn through play.
• Partner with parents to ensure high-quality care and education for their children.
• Support center success by contributing to enrollment, accreditation and engagement goals.
• Foster positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
