KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Lead Teacher to guide and mentor teachers, implement our curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing classroom environment.

You will partner with families, support center enrollment and accreditation efforts, and collaborate with educators and licensing authorities to ensure high-quality care. This role includes competitive hourly pay and a strong benefits package in Illinois.

Qualificações

• Excellent customer service skills and organization.
• Active CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Meet state qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and be active with children.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in your classroom and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare curriculum aligned with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support children’s education.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities and community partners.

Conhecimentos

Customer service

CDA Credential / NAEYC

State trainer (preferred)

Early Childhood Education (Bachelors)

State qualifications willingness

CPR / First Aid (preferred)

Computer use / physical work
