KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide and mentor teachers, implement developmentally appropriate curriculum, and create a safe, engaging environment for children. You will partner with families and center leadership to support enrollment and program quality.

The role requires working with young learners, adhering to state qualifications, and ongoing professional development, with a focus on safety, inclusivity, and high standards of care.

Competenze

• Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Approved state trainer (preferred)
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education Experience (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
• Meet state specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
• Use a computer, lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors
• Be able to make physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English

• Support your center’s success; partner with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
