Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Lead Teacher to mentor fellow teachers, implement our curriculum, and create a safe, engaging environment for children. You will partner with parents to support each child's development and help the center meet enrollment and accreditation goals.

The role requires strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills, plus a CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy and state trainer approval if possible. Experience in early childhood is preferred.
