KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Lead Teacher to inspire and guide fellow teachers while deliveringKinderCare's curriculum to meet each child’s needs. You will foster a safe, engaging classroom that supports growth and learning.

You’ll partner with families and center staff to ensure high enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals are met, while upholding our standards for quality child care across communities.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners
