Job summary

Learning Care is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide engaging, developmentally appropriate activities and mentor fellow Teachers in a caring preschool setting. You will promote growth across social, physical, and intellectual domains while aligning with licensing guidelines and center practices.

Responsibilities include leading curriculum, communicating with families, and ensuring a positive, compliant classroom environment that supports children’s progress daily.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create! Develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care! Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the preschool children in your class.
• Call the shots! Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate! Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and center’s success.
