Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Active Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or NAECY candidacy.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare curriculum with consistency to meet each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center’s success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
