KinderCare Learning Centers is seeking a proactive Lead Teacher to guide and mentor fellow teachers while delivering our curriculum and fostering a safe, engaging classroom. You will collaborate with families to support each child’s growth and work with center staff to meet enrollment and accreditation goals.

Ideal candidates have CDA or NAEYC candidacy, a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education, and 2–3 years of ECE experience.

Qualificações

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Active CDA Credential or eligibility for NAEYC candidacy.
• Approved state trainer preferred.
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that fits each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support child education and development.
• Support center success by helping enrollment, accreditation and engagement goals.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities and partners.
