KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide and mentor teachers, implement our curriculum, and create a safe, engaging learning environment for children.

You will partner with parents, support enrollment and accreditation goals, and build positive relationships with families and community contacts. State qualifications, CDA/NAEYC candidacy, and CPR/First Aid are valued, with opportunities for growth across our nationwide programs.

Formación

• Active CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy required or as stated.
• Preferred: 2–3 years of Early Childhood Education experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success; collaborate with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
