KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide and mentor staff, deliver the approved curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing classroom. You will collaborate with parents, center staff, and leadership to drive enrollment and accreditation goals, while fostering community and high-quality early education across our sites.

The role requires 2–3 years of ECE experience, a CDA credential (or NAECY candidacy), and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities with empathy and

Formación

• Outstanding customer service and multi-tasking abilities.
• Active CDA Credential or be NAECY candidacy; state trainer preferred.
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success; collaborate with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
