KinderCare Learning Companies in Illinois invites passionate educators to join as Lead Teacher. You will guide classroom teams, implement our curriculum, create a safe, nurturing space, and partner with families to support each child’s growth and enrollment goals.

You’ll mentor less experienced teachers, coordinate with center leadership to meet quality standards, and help maintain a positive, engaging environment across our centers.

Qualifications

• Active CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistently with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and play.
• Partner with parents to support children's education and development.
• Support center success with enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing, and partners.
