Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher to guide classroom activities and mentor fellow teachers. You will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children, while leading curriculum implementation and ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines.

You will build strong relationships with families, support center success, and contribute to a positive, engaging learning environment every day.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children and promote growth in social, physical, and intellectual areas.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure licensing guidelines.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to support center’s success.
