Job summary

Learning Care Group seeks a Lead Teacher to create engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers. You will oversee classroom activities, support children's social and cognitive growth, and ensure adherence to licensing guidelines and company standards.

You will communicate with families to foster student achievement and center success, while managing classroom routines in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support center success.
