Job summary

Learning Care is seeking a Lead Teacher to inspire young learners and support families within our community. The role centers on caring for children, collaborating with staff, and upholding high standards of safety and classroom excellence.

You will design engaging lessons, guide fellow teachers, and foster strong relationships with families to promote each child’s growth and success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements for childcare.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Care for the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, adhering to licensing guidelines and company standards.
