KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide classroom teams, implement our curriculum, and foster a safe, engaging learning environment for young children. You will collaborate with families to support each child’s development and work with center staff to meet enrollment and accreditation goals.

The role requires strong customer service, organizational skills, and 2–3 years of ECE experience.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Active CDA Credential or willingness to obtain NAEYC candidacy.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in the classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support child care and education goals.
• Support center success by helping achieve enrollment, accreditation and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities and partners.
