Learning Care Group in Missouri is seeking a Lead Teacher to inspire young learners and mentor fellow teachers. You will design engaging activities, promote development, and ensure adherence to licensing guidelines and center standards.

You''ll build strong relationships with families, manage the classroom, and lead curriculum implementation while working in a supportive, growth‑oriented environment that values training and credentials advancement.

Qualificações

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsabilidades

• Create! Develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care! Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the preschool children in your class.
