Job summary

Learning Care in Minnesota seeks a Lead Teacher to guide classroom learning, mentor fellow teachers, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards. Build strong relationships with families and foster growth in preschoolers.

You will lead curriculum implementation, manage classroom dynamics, and support center success through clear communication with families and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation; be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement and center success.
