Responsibilities include planning, curriculum implementation, safety, family updates, and collaboration with staff to boost enrollment and engagement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; ECE coursework preferred.
• Extended experience in childcare with leadership roles.
• Must meet state guidelines for early education roles.

Responsibilities

• Plan and collaborate to create a stimulating, welcoming space for children to learn and grow.
• Implement the proprietary LEAP Curriculum® with infants to preschoolers.
• Prioritize safety and provide a nurturing environment for all children.
• Regularly communicate with families about progress and milestones using apps and in-person meetings.
• Collaborate with center staff to drive retention, enrollment, and engagement goals.
• Build warm, positive relationships with families and colleagues to support learning through play.
