Job summary

Learning Care in Plano, TX is seeking a Lead Teacher to develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers and promoting the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children.

You will lead classroom management, implement curriculum, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards, while building genuine relationships with families to support the center’s success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
